HOA Purpose
Golden Meadows Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1973. Since that time, many homeowners have volunteered to serve on the Board of Directors and various committees with the purpose of creating and maintaining a desireable, attractive community with natural beauty and guarding against wildfires.
Voluntary Membership & Dues
HOA dues are a low $45 per year and we use those funds to support the Conifer Fire Department that protects us, and for neighborhood improvements that benefit everyone. Dues are NOT used to buy food for social events. To vote on any HOA business, homeowners must be dues-paying members of Golden Meadows Homeowners Association.
While HOA membership is voluntary, our protective covenants apply to ALL properties in Golden Meadows.
